Can ya'll tell me what time everything kicks off?? Also what time does the sale start?? I heard good stuff goes fast so I want to be there early for the ale, but also be able to see all the show birds. I'm completely ignorant to how this all works!!
Thanks in advance!!

Wow! That was a great show! Got to see many new faces! The awards were great! How'd everyone do? My bearded buff laced polish hen "fluffy butts"

That was yours... Wow beautiful bird! I thought the show was great I only wished more people would have brought more birds to sell.

I went today and it was awesome!! Within 2 minutes of being inside I found myself just smiling because all the birds were so pretty. I too wish that there were more people selling birds, although I did pick up a few marans.

I wasnt bored at all, after seeing the showing at the county fair down here, I was expecting a lot less than what I got. I had a really great time.

I was there too!! I took my 4 yr old and a friend's daughter, and wow what an amazing experience to see all those incredible breeds in person... not just in photos!! Photos DO NOT do half these breeds justice!!! It was my first chicken show of any sort, so I have nothing to compare to. I did not go to buy chickens, but I DID buy some cute-as-button silkies. I also wish there was more to buy (DH is happy there wasn't LOL). I probably would have spent hundreds of dollars if some of the exhibition birds had been for sale!!!
The people were very friendly, and the birds were gorgeous. I have nothing but great things to say for the organizers of this event!!

LOL I went in with 60.00 and came out with 5.00. BUT that was hard, all I have to say is thank GOD no one took credit cards. I really want some silkies, but until I get another coop built for them, I am afraid my big girls will pick on them too much.

Was a great show today. Enjoyed seeing all of the birds and there were alot of them this year. Saw a couple of friends but missed some others. Kind of got the feeling there were alot of BYC people there but didnt really talk to any of them.
More Large Fowl this year and definetely more bantams as well. Not many Wyandottes in LF or Bantam but did see a pair of Golden Laced bantams that I think I would like to have.......
