Our ducklings have this purple-blue discoloration on their necks... What can be the cause of this phenomenon? It really worries us as this only happened this night before eating dinner...

I hope so. It seems weird to me that we only saw this for the first time. Fortunately they are apparently well and happyIt looks like their jugular vein to me.

honestly it looks like the skin color to me! My ducks are pied like this (yellow/blue) and the skin is pink in parts and blue in other parts, looks normal to me!
