Yes,both boys.Ankles work but no by itself.When you have sadle feathers,biger comb for the age,boys body shape you can not make decision because of ankles.

It looks like they have rose combs. Buff Orpingtons have single combs. Are they cross-breds?

I think that the one on -> side has saddle feathers. I vote cockeral. I think you should take another pic of the side of the bird. I think that wold help.

I am just trying to Identify the BO infront of the bucket...

But this morning as I let them out of the coop, he stopped in the door and started honking while the other roo was crowing... He may have answered the question for me.
