BO....what am I?

Here are some pics of my buff orpington....sorry they aren't very good ones. Any guesses as to what sex this chicken may be? The guy I got it from said he bought all pullets from agway, but that doesn't mean a whole lot. Oh and I think its around 12 weeks old but am not really sure.
