I personally whould have her also sign something that says if she gets hurt on your property that you are not liable a waiver of some sort. You don't want her sue you if she gets hurt doing something on your land.

Absolutely, everything in writing. . .friend or foe, get it in writing. Have it notorized if you think that might be another step to go. She sounds sincere and I feel bad about the foreclosure, I am a realtor and I see sad things left in homes every week, so you are doing the good christian thing by helping her out!! Good for you!!! But, always always always get it in writing!!!
