I have been teaching in Europe for several years, commuting back and forth from USA. I'm returning to USA to teach. I use white Leghorn chickens in my classroom as behavioral models. They are very, very good teachers. The chickens I use live a very long time, nearly 16 years is my record. I am looking for 60 adult white Leghorn hens that have not been debeaked. They should be from 6 mos to 2 or 3 years old. Depending on the birds and the number and their location, I will pay $40 or more for each bird. I will need health papers on the birds.
I would appreciate any help in locating the needed birds.
