Hi, I have four bobs, three females/1 male. I hatched them last July. I am in NJ and we are at the end of April and I have no eggs yet. Last year I had a pair that gave me eggs starting early April. My current bobs seem happy, they are now grooming each other. I try to keep the environment as calm and natural as possible-they have dust baths and natural logs that I put food on to encourage foraging. They enjoy and get greens, meal worms, nuts, seed and fruit. Perhaps I just need to wait it out? Wild quail that are being radio tracked haven't started nesting yet so maybe it is still early?
