Our 8' chainlink fence keeps out everything but snakes and bobcats, apparently.

Here's a young (I think - or female?) bobcat I trapped this morning

I'm still trying to figure out how they can get those big paws into the 1" spaces in our chukar partridge cage and pull the birds through???

If you had one you wouldn't want one--they don't domesticate. I've known of a couple that were captured as day-old kittens and could never be handled. They're beautiful animals but best left in the wild--the further from your chickens the better.​
 
Beautiful creature. I haven't seen any around here for a few years though folks comment about seeing them. My wife saw one a couple of years ago and I'm sure there around. I recall seeing their scat (rabbit hair). What does your game warden recommend? Do you see a lot of them?
 
Whew...glad you caught them. Bobcats can be true terrors for your birds!!! Beautiful animals though. Thanks for sharing the pics.
