Bobwhite eggs lockdown?

So I have a bobwhite egg in the incubator. It is day 15. I was wondering when to go into lockdown. Thanks in advance.

You can do it anytime. The critical time for turning has already passed.

I had two eggs in there but one isn't fertile. This is my first time hatching bobwhites. I have a pair that I got as adults and they have just started laying. I'm planning to hand raise the chick since it will be alone. I have hand raised other quails before.
