Bobwhite Quail Chicks Bleeding From Nostrils

I totally get what you're saying. I'll talk to them.
I had one that has the bloody nostrils getting picked on some last night.
It made things worse. I separated him and gave sugar water though and he seems to have bounced back.
Hopefully he can recover. I haven't had any more die since yesterday.

There has not been any of that. They're eating and drinking pretty well too.
I can do that, I have a wyze cam somewhere. I'll look for it and set it up.
Yes, get some photos of the entire set-up including feeder and water station.

So, it wasn't contagious.
I took them to my friend, and she had some other chicks in with them and they were all fine. I also put some birds in the same cage on the way home and they were fine too.
She was observing them for quite a while (they were still dying) and she finally discovered that one of them was biting the nostrils. So it was doing some very stealthy bullying. I watched them for hours and never caught any bullying on camera.
She said that they must be picking them to where the blood drains into their lungs and kills them. So I guess that was it. It seems crazy to me that they could die from that, but there isn't really any other possibilities I can think of.
