I think you need to slow down..
In order to teach someone you have to have been taught. First/

You've been a member for barely over 2 months. Yet, look at the number of posts you have.. You have more than some members who have been here a year. I look at the main quail page and it is covered in your user name

Mods, come get me, for I am going to break some rules here. Well, not break a rule, but be overly blunt with a child needing supervision.

The OP is operating under a recently changed user name, because she is a minor and was obsessed with horses, until being called out last month for living out an online fantasy. This time it's quail. Constant new threads with "Tell me all about__________".

SOP for a minor who's computer time is unsupervised.

Your friend might have helped you, but the section I checked on was still copied from another place online. You can only post things that you have written yourself. Otherwise, it's against the law.

Please read the post I put online earlier about copying material from other places.

I really like seeing your participation around the board, by the way. I'm glad you want to learn. I'm also glad you love your birds. It's okay to share things you've learned, just make sure when you do that you tell how you know something.

For example, "I had a quail do the same thing. This is what happened..." "I read on X website that..." or "I was reading this book about quail (give the title) and it said..."

Another thing you can do is say,

"I've only had quail a few months (years, whatever), but this is what I've had happen so far..."
