I have bobwhite quail eggs due to hatch in a few days. I was wondering if it would be ok to feed them a duck starter feed?

I don't know the makeup of duck starter feed, but if I was hatching 1 Bobwhite quail or 100 Bobwhite quail, I would make every ditch effort to find a good quality "Gamebird (Quail) Starter. Do it right. Those chicks are at your mercy for a quality life!

they would be ok for a few days on it probably, but as randall said, i'd get a good gbs for them. makes all the differance.
