why does the egg white look like this? Attaching a photo .

I dont know. My land lord gave them to me 4days ago. He said he gets a dozen a day and brings me a dozen once a week.
 
Are they all like that?
Most air cells are not a bunch of bubbles...but he may have a funky layer.
Or air cell might have split up during the boil.
Might try candling the next batch before boiling to look at the air cells.

No, i boiled all 12 eggs and just the one egg ended up like. I had never seen anything like it before.

I think it's just a fluke....have seen something kinda like that before but not to that extent.
Can't remember if it was her egg, but I do have layer that had bubbly and/or detached air cells during hatching time last year.

Thank you so much. I haven't lived on a farm in 4years know and I miss it. Once ur gone u tend to forget things. I forgot all about the air cells. My daughter(12) said what's wrong with it, im not eating eat. I said idk but me either. It was pretty cool looking though. Just didn't make me want to eat it at all LOL. Again thank you..
