Hello, I have two Buff orpington ladies. Two weeks ago, they spend the night in moist soil. (Assuming that they couldn't find their way to their coop).
Ever-since, Among healthy looking droppings (stools), I also notice brown creamy droppings over the backyard and one hen makes a sound like a boiling water.
I do apologize for the poor description but i don't know how to explain better.

Any ideas?

Could it be gurgles or crackles that you are hearing from her throat or chest? She might have rales or crackles from a respiratory infection. The other possibility is that she might have a crop disorder that is causing liquid crop contents to come back up in her throat, causing the rattles. I would check her crop in the early morning before she eats or drinks to make sure that her crop is empty as it should be. If it was a respiratory infection, she might have sneezing, drainage from nostrils, or watery, bubbly eyes.

Tylosin, Tiamulin/Denagard, oxytetracycline, doxycycline, and enrofloxacin are some of the antibiotics that may treat respiratory diseases. Let us know how she gets along.
