Bona Vita Farm Saying Hello!

Chicks are now 7 weeks old and just recieved pullets (20 weeks). The kids love them and so does the dog. My wife is surprised how much she likes them as well (that fact that I am the sole care giver probably helps). The coop and run are still a works in progress, nesting box is the next task for the soon to lay pullets. All the birds are hybrids, ten hens and four meaties. The coop is 8x8 but I've claimed 3x4 of that as foyer/storage and I'm finding the coop a little cramped. I may move the meat birds into my shed to make more room for the girls. It will also help when I can let them range into the run hopefully by the end of the week...
