Bonded (a planetary RP)

Linda trilled, the Sirius version of a smile. <<Oh, I don't either. It's the human that does that. All you have to do is be around them enough.>>
Crow nodded nervously. <<But... they have such strange habits....>> He glanced at the humans in the room. <<Did you know one of their main food sources is the milk of other mammals? Can you imagine that? Sounds disgusting!>> He said, wondering if Linda already knew that.

Linda made a face. That wasn't the weirdest thing she had heard, but it was close. She opened the airlock the slightest bit, only to find one of the kids with four french fries up his left nostril. She swallowed hard.
<<Erm... they get better. Promise.>> was all she could think to say. She thought for a moment, and her eyes fell on the fire alarm on the wall. <<Here, I'll prove it.>> She said as she jerked the switch.

Jax flushed a bit when she mentioned her being blind, duh of course she wouldn't be able to see herself. "Well nice to meet you Narti, I guess that explains the lack of Siri on the other ship. So was that other Siri your brother? You kind of look similar, although you are far more colorful...And I am rambling again, sorry. I just don't like being alone and the other humans don't want me in the same quarters because being male and all that. Mind if I hang out with you for a bit?" He finished in a winded breath. In truth he was equally as curious as he was lonely, he wondered about her species as much as how she could get around without running into things.
"Oh, yeah, that's my brother Worf." She explained simply, waving her four fingered hands as she did so. Narti listened to him speak for a moment and cracked a smile. "You don't like being alone, eh? Well you stumbled into the right alien." She pointed at herself with her thumbs, " I love talking with you humans. Of course, it quite helps that I can't see what an ugly mess your species is," She hissed jokingly. "I was just about to get some... coffee, I think it's called. I don't mind if you come-" alarms blared, and she covered her reptile-like ears, "What in the galaxy is that for?"

Patches' and Ezor's deaths tumbled over and over again in her dreams. She tried to run towards them, her feet slipping every stride. Sometimes she was the one dying. Sometimes she was the one killing them.
The alarm jolted her awake, screaming. "Run! Run!" She fell out of bed, tangled in the sheets. She kicked fought, trying to free herself.
Star sat up in the next bunk over, her hand to her forehead, "Why? It's just the fire alarm. I don't smell smoke." Then she realized she was on an alien ship. "Er, at least I think it's the fire alarm."

Lara and Donella jumped at the alarm, standing and looking around then to Dorian "What's that? What's going on?" They asked quickly, together. What did you do when you were on an alien ship with an alarm going off?

<<Hey, no need to prove->> The fire alarm started blaring. Crow glared at Linda, <<You're going to send the whole ship into a panic! And the captain might just blame me for it!>>

Frosty looked around. "What is that sound? I think I heard it once, but I never found out what it was for." For a second he looked scared. "I never found out what it was for because the ship blew up..."

Lind made a motion with her three-fingered hand, ignoring him and instead lying down on the floor. Pulling a smoke bomb out of her pocket, she sat on the floor. She supposed this was emergency enough to use it. Pop, it went as she pulled the string and tossed it a few feet away. She let her head fall to the floor and shouted, "Help!"
