Bonded (a planetary RP)

Skyler swiveled back in her chair after the rooster left. She looked at the navigation charts, they would be arriving at the station she had entered into the system in about 14 hours. She pulled out a slim card in a silvery color. After scanning it with a special tool she read its contents and then destroyed it. She had a contract out on someone on that station. She hadn't been sure she was going to take it but seeing how bored she was she was going to give it a go.

Dorian listened to her many talents and skills, impressive. "We should take you down to the weapons room and have you try out a few more exotic weapons. See if any speak to you, we have some very interesting weapons, a lot more then conventional weapons. " He said with a grin, he liked weapons, he liked them a lot. "I will also teach you the commands that Nemra knows so you can control her on the field. She isn't invincible but can still be quite useful." He said with appreciation as she stroked the sleeping creature.
Lara looked at him and grinned. "That sounds good, I would like to learn different weapons." She said and listened to him finish. She looked to Nemra again, reaching over to pet her gently. "I would like to learn that too, even if it isn't needed."

Solana who had been speaking to Kaaras turned when she heard a voice. She waved to Kaaras and headed out of his quarters.

Kaaras nodded to Crow to come in. "You look like your running kid. But hey I won't turn down the help. I loaded up some crates before we left to the rescue that need to be unloaded. Mostly weapons and rations, but lucky for you the ones who unload the crates get first pick of anything in them. Captain will let you keep one or two things for yourself." He said as he lumbered out of his room towards where the crates were stacked up near his quarters in the back of the cargo hold.
Crow shrugged when Karaas mentioned him running. He unloaded the crates and put the different items on the ground in groups. He noticed a thin metal blade that looked well-used. If I polish that up a bit, it could be a great weapon. Crow sifted through another box and came upon a scabbard that perfectly fixed the blade. I think I'll ask Karaas if I can keep this.

Sybil nodded, "Thats my hang, meet me there just after dark. " She said as they walked, it was a short ways before they got the the outer market and the stall of Razad. He was manning his stall and perked up when he saw her coming.

"Hope it wasn't too difficult for you to my stuff for me." Razad said with false sentiment.

Sybil sneered and said nothing as she walked up and dumped the bag with all the things he asked on the counter. "My part, now." She said in a flat tone.

Razad eyed the rifle on her back with a speculating look. "How about you throw that rifle in to sweeten the pot. Then you can have you part." He said folding his arms across his chest.
Adele followed close by but stuck to the shadows of the streets as they went. She liked grand entrances when breaking in, there was no doubt about that, but she preferred to lay low and stay hidden when not breaking and entering. As they neared the stall, she kept her arms to her sides, one hand prepared on a dagger handle at all times. She still didn't like the looks of the citizens here, and Razad was no exception. His high prices with plenty of strings attached didn't make him any friendlier. She kept quiet while Sybil talked with the man, but when he laid down yet another demand, she felt inclined to step in. Leaning in over his stall counter, she placed her fists on the counter top and glared at him. "How about we leave your guts intact ya sniveling worm and you hand over the piece you promised right now?"

Lara looked at him and grinned. "That sounds good, I would like to learn different weapons." She said and listened to him finish. She looked to Nemra again, reaching over to pet her gently. "I would like to learn that too, even if it isn't needed."
"Good, we can check out some of the weapons later. As for learning how to command Nemra it is needed. You the first person she likes more then just a little bit in well forever, if anything happens to me she will be alone. She needs someone, she is a little too friendly to go back to being in the wild." he said looking down to his beloved pet. It made him feel better knowing that she had two people she could trust.

Kaaras watched the kid as he unpacked and sorting things into piles, so neat and tidy. He had never really been like that but he was happy for the help. He noticed that Crow but aside a blade of some sort and he was happy for it. The kid was a part of this crew and he was happy to see him beginning to act like it. He lifted up a heavy net with weapons in it and headed for the weapons room.

Sybil grinned a bit when Adele jumped in and threatened Razad, oh yes she was really starting to like the woman.

Razad swallowed hard but kept his face neutral, "Can't blame a man for trying." He said as he moved to the back and returned with the part as promised.

Sybil took the part from him and turned to leave as she pocketed it. "Nice doing business with ya'. " she said as she waved a hand over her head. She called back to Adele, "Come on he ain't worth it."

Lara smiled at that and nodded again. Yeah, it was good to have someone to be able to entrust a beloved pet to, if anything happened. She didn't like to think of them being hurt or killed, but tried to look at this like a will thing, prepare for the worst and hope for the best. "Alright, what's up first?" She asked, hey this would be exciting to learn anyway, like an exotic pet training session.
