"Nay! We be too far out to swim. Too far for you. We have a chance with the dragons. I know their legends like the back of me hand. It be a slim one, but we have a chance."

Once they were a mile from the ship, the dragon slowed to a lazy drift. Water spewed out its nostrils. Another trumpet, this time from the other dragon. Captain slapped his hands over his ears.

Silence fell. So quiet you could hear the water rippling over the dragon's sides. Then a glow. Faint, blue glow coming up from the depths. The beast began to lower itself in the water until its back was completely submerged. Captain stood, water lapping at his boots, as the glow came closer. And closer until it surrounded them. The sun had begun to sink low, and on the horizon, an island appeared Captain grinned.

(I'll play them for now. You can use them for fillers, too. The leader is the only one I play, and he's not here.)

The kids huddled around the spot where the campfire had been, arguing on how to get it going again. It had taken a half an hour more than their attention span to get the thing started in the first place. One kid was running sticks together, another was using rocks. No one was really bothering to watch. The red-headed kid with the gun was supposed to, but he had gone off to do who knows what.
Aster said nothing more, but watched with interest as they rode the dragon through the sea. The trumpet startled her, so much so that water was covering her head before she understood what was happening. She gasped relentlessly and fought to lift herself from the dragon'a back.

The boy looked down at his feet. It didn't sound better than home. At one time, it might have, but that was before he had run away.... Not that there was any home to go back to, now. But he wasn't telling them that.

The girl, however, perked up. She looked the bookish type. Quiet, but imaginative. She had had to teach herself to read. And read, she had. So much so that the librarians knew her by name, and permitted her to check out books without a card. Mostly because she would steal them otherwise. "That's amazing! Why didn't that other girl tell us that?" Then her stomach growled.

Solana looked at the girl before taking out a few compressed fruit bars from her pocket and handed them out to the kids. "Its all I got sorry there isn't more, its made from a fruit that grows on this big spiny like tree on Huron, tastes a bit like mango, with some tang to it. Erin didn't really get much of a chance to tell you about this stuff before all hell broke loose. But to be honest everyone handles things differently. If you choose to stay with the crew another ship will come in time to pick us up and your journey, your adventure will begin. But to be honest even if you don't want to go with us you should still come back with me to the rest of the group. We will wipe your memories and get you out of this desert and back home. If you don't come back with me you could be wandering out here for days and never find anyone, its not safe. And taking your memories just so you know does not hurt, its a harmless flash and then it will be like you never met us." Solana replied looking at each of them in turn. She felt pretty sure that the shy girl would want to come with them, and an older boy for sure looked interested. The other two she wasn't sure on.

(I am going to make a character sheet for the older boy that looks interested that I mentioned in this post. )

Warf gave a quite laugh (They are Siri So I thought they were on Sirius?)
After the two went through the entrance, she pushed the door closed. Narti spun around on her heels and walked a few steps down a long passageway that led to the fighting ring. She already could hear the sound of fighting. She turned away from Warf but still spoke to him so that people wouldn't be suspicious, "You head into there first, so that people won't know we came here together when we fight each other. It'll create less suspicion." She explained in a mere whisper. A smirk formed on her face when she knew they would have to fake a fight, she loved to fight. She walked away to stand in a corner with a foot against the wall and her arms crossed.

Name: Jaxson (Goes by Jax to his friends)
Gender: Male
Age: 18
Personality: Friendly, outgoing, likes to help people. He is easy to get along with, smart, doesn't seem very complex on the surface but once you get to know him you realize he has many different sides and talents.
Appearance: Has brown hair, a deep rich brown with undertones of red, and dark brown almost black eyes. Dresses very casual, t-shirt and shorts or jeans.
upload_2017-8-15_13-12-44.jpeg

History: He was the only child from a single parent, his dad. His dad was not a great person and didn't treat Jaxson very well. When his dad died Jaxson was 10 and sent to live with the only remaining relative an aunt who was no better then his dad and could care less about her nephew. He ran away at 17 and lived on the streets, delivering newspapers for money until he was captured a year later, and that is how he wound up on the ship. His Aunt never reported him missing and honestly is glad he is gone.
Planet: Earth now, once he goes with the group who knows!
Gear, weapons, devices, ect.: None for now, he will gain some as he learns and grows. He is a fairly well trained in hand to hand combat due to his rough upbringing and time on his own. He can hold his own in a fight pretty well. He will eventually get a shotgun style weapon that shoots multiple target seeking plasma rounds.
Other: He is open for a bond and I will find ways for him to pick up weapons and such as he goes along.

Captain grabbed her arm and lifted her head out, but no more. "'Tis Angel's Glow." He said, pointing at the water, "It will help with yer leg." In Captain's mind, she didn't even need it. Humans were tough, and he expected so. But what good would she be to him with one leg? Especially on the Treasure Island.

Oh, this wasn't Disney's Treasure Island, either. Many brave Ferals and Humans had died here. Radioactive snakes, flesh-eating birds, and a big cat or two. But the other two didn't need to know that.

The dragon swam closer and closer until a cave mouth appeared in the cliffs, into which it carried them. Vines hung from the stalagtites and swirled around them in the water. "Okay, grab hold before she dives." Captain whispered, latching onto one and pulling himself toward the bank of the cave.

"Wipe our memories? Like, all of it?" The boy started backing away until he bumped into Ezor.

(He would have to back quite a ways before bumping into someone, they aren't that close. lol )

Solana looked at the boy warmly. "You will still have all your memories except for the ones after you were taken aboard the ship. The only memories we would erase would be those of aliens, and it is more to protect you then anything else. If you remembered all this you would be put in danger, not to mention most of the world would think your crazy. Its better that way, but it doesn't change who you are." She calmly said.

Jaxson listened to her with interest, the whole wiping the memories thing made sense. He didn't understand why this other kid was freaking out so much. "Well I want to come with you, when you leave Earth I mean. I have nothing to leave behind here, and this sounds like the adventure of a lifetime!" He said excitedly.

Solana looked to Jaxson with a smile and nod. "Of course I am glad you decided to come, what is your name by the way, I am Solana."

"Jaxson, but you can call me Jax if you like." He replied with a smile in return.

The girl smiled, "Me, foo!" She said through a mouthful of fruit bar.

The boy sulled up, not sure what to think. He took a step forward, hoping that that was enough. "Mmkay." He mumbled. "Do you have blankets at your camp? I'm cold."

Solana smiled at them. "I don't know if there will be blankets to be honest. River and Star went ahead to find the nearest store to try and get some supplies, so I would think so. Stay here by the fire I am going to go get my two friends Odo and Ezor before we head back. They aren't far, I had them hang back so you guys wouldn't be so scared. And before any of you panic this isn't a trap I just didn't want you guys to get scared since they are Aliens. I will come back with my friends, I will call out when I get within sight so you aren't startled and you can see that it isn't a trap. OK?" She said as she stood up and brushed off her pants.

Jaxson nodded in agreement at her speaking for the other kids. "Alright sounds good as long as we can see hands so we know you aren't going to shoot us or anything."

Solana nodded before heading off in the direction that Ezor had gone so she could get them before coming back to get the kids. She figured Odo would come see what was going on when he saw her go towards Ezor location, that way they could all come back together.

(@CP Chicken @RiverStorm and @Fanci Feathers Marans I am going to have Solana walk a little away from the kids and then signal Odo and Ezor to meet her and they will then all approach the kids together. )
