Star got to her feet and pressed a hand to her shoulder. "I've had worse." She grumbled.

She glanced from the girl, to the alien, the to the masked boy who had been silent throughout the tussle. "There's a patch of rocks," she pointed, "over there. If we move quick, we can lose them."

The reporters made their move, cameras flashing. Apparently the neuralizer had missed the cameramen themselves. "Star! Star, over here! What are you going to do about this alien invasion?"

"Do they-" the reporter snorted, "come in peace?"

"Were the children their prisoners? Star! Look here!"
"SILENCE!!!" River yelled "Show us the way Star"

The older girl had the advantage, and soon Star was on the ground. Fear started to spread over her face. The crowd had grown, and now reporters were flocking in with cameras. She wrestled, trying to get her wrists free.

Her mind was racing. This girl had not only said her secret identity, but shouted it. If she did it once more, the cameras would see. The world would know. It wouldn't be hard for them to find Seeker Smith's house.

Faces, each and every criminal that hated her, flashed before her eyes. The scum of the Earth would be at her aunt's door. What would they do to her?

Then a lazer grazed her arm, adding insult to injury. She had never felt so helpless. She had fought thugs, wrangled villains, and busted countless drug dealers, but this was different. This time... this time it wasn't her in trouble.

"Okay, okay," She whispered, panting. "I'll do whatever you say, just... don't say that again."
(Odo does not have a mask he can talk Human, Huron, feral, and Melee)

Solana had watched with mild amusement as things descended into chaos. Apparently a flying human had joined in on the action, as well as a crowd of people, the group from the ship had split into two it appeared. She stayed in the shadows, careful to avoid the growing crowd. Man Earth had gotten worse since she had left, well been taken as a child. She definitely needed a way off but she also did not want to be drawn into the chaos that was drawn to the group from the ship. For now she would just stay in the shadows, watch and wait for the right time to join.

The reporters were undeterred by the shout. Some snickered. This was great! "Miss, where did you get your scar? What's your name? Are you one of them?"

A few had the guts to approach Ezor, nervously eyeing his sidearm, "Did you purposely shoot Star? Where do you come from? Where did you learn to speak English?

But Star knew how to handle them. She flashed a smile directly into the camera. "It was just an accident." She said, "Everything is under control. We'll give more information as it becomes available. Now if you'll excuse us."

Star pushed through the crowd, leading the way.

"It is not for you to know!" River said following Seeker

Solana watched as the small, flying human deflected the cameras and crowd with skill. Impressive this was not, as they say, her first rodeo. Solana removed her language device and shoved it into her back pocket since she was on earth she wouldn't need it, plus it would only draw more attention to herself. She saw where the group was going and darted silently in the shadows to where she would have a better vantage point.

(It really is not her first problem she has a very ruff history but Solana does not know that... so yeah :p )

Meanwhile, Erin was in a similar situation. "Who?" She said, staring up at the brown-haired girl. Then she recognized the soft-spoken girl from the ship. "I thought you stayed on the ship, how did you-"

Behind the next boulder, a twig snapped.

( @HoodedHuntress want to do Atlanta here?)
(so did she step on the twig or is she the soft spoken girl)
