Bonded (a planetary RP)

"You do know who I am right? Well... There was an Phaser gun shot I think not on accident" River said
Ezor nodded, "Indeed. We had no intentions on being stuck on your planet. One of the abductees shot our controls, though that probably wasn't on accident." He explained carefully, considering the idea of working together. She seemed pretty trustworthy and they'll need help from someone who knows there way around here.
Abductees, so they had snatched those children. They had been here before. Several times, by previous headcount. She decided not to mention it. "Right, then you will want a way back from whence you came."

Whence was a word she had recently discovered in a book, and it seemed to parry nicely to this... thing's use of vocabulary. "You wanna leave, I want you out of my hair. But on one one condition." She paused for effect. "You do not speak my name in public again."
"How do we know to trust you?" Asked Odo
She stared at her in disbelief. She must not realize the depth of her blackmail. She decided it best to stay that way. She had something. Something almost as precious as her only family member.

She reached for her necklace. Her fingers shaking a bit as she unclasped it. "Here." She placed hung it in the air. "This... this is my power. With it, you can fly. And I can't. Please accept it. It's all I own."

Literally all I am. Seeker thought. The publicity, the lights, the fame would go with it. But this had to work.

"Agreed I wont to get away from this place. Oh? Why can`t I call my sister by her name?" River said

Solana watched and listened to them as they conducted their business. When she heard River mention that this new human who called herself Star was her sister her mouth fell open. How could this get any more ridiculous? It really didn't matter though, if they were going to set up some sort of deal to get off this rock she needed to be a part of it. She was not going to get stranded here, she didn't care where she ended up as long as she got off of earth. She had half a mind to try and find her way back to the farm she had lived at on Huron, but she knew it was a long shot.

She uncoiled her whip and let it rest in her hand as she moved into a better position. She barely knew the people down there, she had only met them hours before on the ship. So she wanted to be ready in case she had to fight. She slowly moved out and into view of the group and waited for them to notice her. She wanted to gauge their reactions before either trying to run or putting her whip away and proceeding to where they were.

Seeker took back her bargain piece and tied it back on, letting out a sigh of relief.

"Agreed I wont to get away from this place. Oh? Why can`t I call my sister by her name?" River said

Star blinked. "Seriously," she said in her most honest tone, "you have to be mistaking me for someone else. I don't have a sister. But if the bargain holds, you can not call me... that name. It's important. Believe me."

She turned and took a few steps away and begun pacing, trying to end the conversation. She wasn't completely sure that she had no siblings. There was a lot she didn't remember. Like her mother's face. Or her father's voice.

Now. How to do this. The ship is completely obliterated. She thought, using another fanciful book word. Maybe she had rushed into this. She had absolutely no clue how to get them back.

Maybe maybe, she could hitch them on the next flight to the moon, but who knew when that would be. It wouldn't be far enough, anyway. Yep, I'm screwed.

The boy had mentioned that the other girl could also fly, but carrying them was out of the question. Unless someone had a rocket, but it would still take years to get... wherever it was they were going. A rocket. That's it.

She turned to Ezor, "what do you need to build a rocket? A good one? I have the resources, the publicity. I can get you what you need."

Solana looked first at the others then her eyes rested on Odo as he had spoken to her directly. She wasn't surprised he had spotted her, he was Feral and they had keen instincts. Not to mention her sneaking skills were a tad rusty she had been lucky that no one had seen her sooner.

"If your leaving I want to help, I want to get off this rock too." She spoke only to Odo as he was the one who had spoken to her.

Great, Star thought, now I've got to get four butts to a planet five billion lightyears away. What could be worse? She couldn't let them see that she didn't have a way. The rocket was a stupid idea. Any fool could think that up. This was waaay over her head. Humans haven't traveled past their own moon, let alone to distant galaxies.

"Look, it's getting late. We can make camp in one of these caves-"

Suddenly, a scream broke out. Star had never been so happy to hear that in her entire life. "By, the way, where is that girl that came out of your ship screaming bloody murder?"

***

Erin stared up at the mountain lion. Atlanta had stopped her just in time. The cat landed not inches from them, teeth bared.

She cracked a smile. It seemed tiny compared to Patches- her breath caught. Now is not the time to start crying! She told herself.

She shuffled away, glancing to the girl. "Thanks." She said, her voice slightly shaky. She drew her weapon.
