Bonded (a planetary RP)

Crawling along the ceiling, Star peaked through the top of the door to find a human and an eyeless... Linda-thing sitting together. She made a fist and rapped on the doorway.

(Are you sure?!)
Linda shrugged, easing over toward the wall of weapons. "So you've got a gun-sword." She turned around with three knives, tiny in her hands. She coiled her arm up and flung them all at once. Each embedded in a separate target.
(Yerp....)
"Yes," River said and as Linda threw the knives she slightly cocked her head "Your quite good with knives," she put her sword back and grabbed her phaser and shot a target right at the heart mark

(Yarp a pellet.)
Linda shook her head, "That's all i'm good with, unfortunately. It helps in the medical field, though." She said, nodding for River to hold fire as she went to retrieve her knives. Pulling the out one by one, careful not to bend the blade. They hadn't sunk in very deep, but she was a little out of practice.

Sybil shook her head. "No I do not like the slave trade, I was a slave, and not even a well treated slave. Expensive but not well treated. So no I do not like the slave trade one bit. I've met humans who were acquired and treated well, who were happy. I am fine with that, and with the places that treat us humans with some respect. But the cramped pens where we are kept worse then animals, those make me sick." She said with disgust, she had come from one such market. She was bought young, that was important to her former master. She often wondered what she would have been like if given a different life, even a different master.

(tell ya what if we ever decide to bond either of these characters up they are seriously like perfect for each other. They are both nuts, murderous, and enjoy dark humor. )
Adele tilted her head as she stared at Sybil, observing and taking in the information she was told so that she may use it later. That was, for the most part, why she had come along with the cyborg on this outing anyway. "Was it just the one owner you had?" She asked. Thus far, Sybil hadn't mentioned much of herself and how she came to have a metal arm.

(That crossed my mind last night XD This'll be fun.)

Sybil nodded, "He bought me young, as a child and wasn't into sharing. He want a personal body guard, he though if he bought me young enough trained me right that I would be loyal. I was for a while, more because I didn't know what else was out there, didn't know I could kill him and leave. Then he started lopping off limbs and replacing them, adding things to make me more effective. The pain was unbelievable, I finally got sick and tired of it. Killed him one day instead of protecting him, cut a bloody swath off the planet and made it here. Most of the Aliens give me a wide berth, ain't worth trying to bond to something that killed her former master. But they will hire me for jobs from time to time because of my skills with violence." She said looking up from her gun to fix Adele with a hard look. She didn't mind sharing her story, didn't matter much to her. And if anything it usually taught others not to mess with or cross her.

(yeah haven't decided if I will try and have her bond but yeah if she does I think Adele is the perfect match. Just murdery enough to get some respect outta Sybil. )

Dorian nodded at that, though he saw her frown and hoped he hadn't ruined his chances. " That would make me feel better, I don't agree with the whole buying of humans for bonding purposes. I feel like if you are going to have a bond they should have an equal share in things. A say in whether or not they want to. " He said with a smile, he supposed his ideals were a bit progressive among some of the aliens he knew.
Lara nodded and smiled at that. "That sound good, after all, forcing a friendship doesn't work often. It's more likely to cause anger and contempt." She said and shook her head a little. She looked back to him again and smiled "That's kind of where the saying 'Revenge is a dish best served cold" comes from, getting back at someone who did you wrong."

Oh this was good. Every word Sybil shared was committed to memory for later use. Adele leaned against the open doorway, keeping her gaze on Sybil. "Well, well, kudos to you," she said, clapping slowly. "Takes a lot of guts to go after—mêlée, was it?—someone that fierce. Serves im right, all I can say. I'm all for the blood, sometimes, but unnecessary chopping only signs your death warrant." She chuckled darkly at the thought. This cyborg had guts, that was for sure. Adele ran a hand down the doorframe, careful to avoid splinters, then pushed off and exited the room. "D'ya have a permanent place of residence, or you just living street to street, day to day? Like where would someone looking to hire find you?" She called over her shoulder.

(They're quite the pair: lithe, manipulative Adele and metal limbed, hacking Sybil  )

(Not' worth a pellet)
River slightly frowned deep in thought. Perhaps she could teach her to use a sword or phaser? after all she was oddly quite good even though she had just started her self but would Linda even accept? "What am I kidding. I`ll try," "Hey Lind come over here would you?"

Dorian smiled at her, happy she agreed with him. He hoped she agreed to be his bond, he had never put himself out there and asked someone this before. He had been alone essentially, other then Nemra for so long. It would be an adjustment for sure but he felt he was ready for it. " I will warn you in advance if you agree, I am a wander and you may end up traveling a lot." He told her hoping she would enjoy it as much as he did.

(Yarp a measly pellet.)
She gathered all the knives into one hand and turned around, "What?"
