Bonding with chicks

Just curious about the different ways yall bond with your chicks. So far aside from just talking to them, I've been sitting in the brooder since it's a decent size and I'm small enough to chill in it reading a book or messing with my phone. They love hoping around on my legs lol

Hand feeding chopped scrambled eggs makes them very friendly.

Snuggling like putting them down in your shirt, hand feeding, and really handling them as much as possible and they will learn that they don't have to be afraid of you.

I don't do that until they are around four weeks old.

These think wet crumbles is a treat though, so I have a few peanut butter lids saved up. I put some crumbles in there, wet them all the way through, then set the lid in the brooder. They go nuts over that. You could try hand feed them that too.
