Hi, so i'm a first time chicken owner, I started out with 10 and now down to 7 
Last week we lost one of my moms older hens to the buffalo gnats and then this morning I went out to the coop and there were feathers every where. One of my black hens and one of my white ones were missing taken out of their pen and are still MIA. The one night that we didnt lock them up something got them I feel so bad and can't be mad at anyone but myself. I did however find that one of my other white leghorns had a wing injury, when I looked more I noticed her humerus bone was actually sticking out through a puncture wound!! She is acting completely normal eating, drinking, ect. I did go ahead and brought her into our garage and put her under a heat lamp incase she did die, she is still fighting like a champ and not acting like its bothering her at all. I don;t know what to do any help would be great, but please dont make me feel any worse than i already do
