Bonjour

Wow just thinking about France has me awake tonight. I miss the Camambert cheese with so much ammonia in the rind it would burn your nose as you eat it, the Flea Markets( I became obsessed collecting antique corckscrews I have 1000's), the baquettes!

I can buy the cheese and baquettes at my local grocery they just aren't the same as you find in France. I don't know why exported Camamnbert isn't the same as domestic it just isn't even in Germany the Camanbert wasn't the same as the French version.

G’Day from down under SW31 :frow Welcome!

I hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.

If you would like to share Pictures and Stories of your flock, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out ;)
