Boogers just shot out of my duck's mouth and nose!

As I was doing duck chores I decided to pick up my Buff to see how she is doing. Normally when I go to grab her she runs for it, but she just sat there drinking water. So I picked her up and boogers came out of her nose and mouth like a waterfall!

What could be wrong? I can make a video.

I think she drank lots of water and by you picking her up you forced the water back out.......How does she seam other wise?

Yeah she was drinking a lot of water. She seems to be doing fine.
It really freaked me out!
