Bored goose=trouble lol

A bored goose is definitly trouble!
I don't think they even have to be bored. They are just very curious.
The phrase curiosity killed the cat could be applied to geese I think...although hopefully their curiosity doesn't kill them.

Nope they don't have to be bored. They make me think of 2 yr olds just too curious for their own good.

My female will chew wood bushes trees anything she can get her bill around you'd think she was cutting teeth.

My gander loves plastic containers he can keep himself happy for hours playing with one.

Thankfully I remembered to put the blue kote inside the house. lol

Oh my gawd!! bless him sure is a pretty colour now though.
Our male African today decided that the food bucket had to be killed in doing so has torn off back toe nail and grazed his nob. I am now covered in blue kote.
Not sure on what is going on with him and the food bowl the only thing its ever done to him and the others is supply food.
Oh boy what next.
Merry Christmas everyone

Unfortunately the testosterone has kicked in so after the feed bowl the smaller water bucket had to be killed!!!! Oh and big ole doofus is fine thank you.
Now the sebbie gander has joined in and is trying to mate with my husbands leg!!!! He is somewhat confused.
Hopefully colder weather might stem the hormones hahaha

Humm.. got me thinking.. my male Toulouse, Sammy, every morning I turn my geese out of their pen, waddles over and grabs my work gloves I keep the the coop and takes off with them! He makes me chase him down to get them back! Guess I'll have to figure out some toys for him happy..
