Can someone help us identify what type of chicken this is please? We're stumped. They don't look anything like what we were supposed to be getting. They are approx 3 months old.

Looks like a legbar based easter egger or olive egger.

They could be several different brand names of Easter eggers, such as Sapphire Sky and others. I agree with the above post. They are Legbar mix eggers no matter what brand name they fall under.
