Nice! What is your opinion of us Americans? Just curious, you don't have to answer if that's a weird question. I'm just critical of my own culture and loved living overseas.

It hard to have an opinion on such a large group of people, most of you fall into slightly (or not so slightly) crazy and weird (that can definitely be in a good way too!)

After all we are a meltdown of peoples from around the globe. You don't have to be crazy to live here but it helps.

What?! You could've said literally anything else and I would've been like "HAIL YEA!" but our food? Our food is weird? Tell me, what do we eat that is weirder than a paste made from yeast and veggies?

America is two things, nice wildlife and nature with some nice people and then just arguing, gun violence, nowadays lots of bad parents, stressed out and depressed people, wildfires, lots of drugs and crime and the list kinda goes one. And I agree about the wierd food thing, I'd say putting pineapple on pizza is like eating a fully black banana and blue raspberry jello mashed up in a bowl

Pineapple on pizza makes my Italian blood boil out of my body, I melt..

I feel like a lot of those things are actually more recent. Like, the early 2000s were actually pretty chill, and all of a sudden we have really bad third world problems now
I just want to be worried about wether I'm going to Ireland or Sweden on my vacation, not wether I have my gun, knife, pepper spray, alarm, and keys on me so that I can walk to the mailbox
My area is really amazing tho. People around here will throw hands if they see any sort of suspicious activity. Not too long ago a white van pulled up next to me (really sus tho, not normal) and my neighbor saw it and grabbed his pistol and just came over to talk about the weather til the van moved on. There's LOTS of people like him down here.
