both legs of my hen seemed to be paralyzed

One of my six hens cooped up last night and this morning, her legs were paralyzed. All hens eat layer pellets, all free range about an hour per day. She can flap her wings well, just the legs won't work. I've isolated her, and forcing her to drink a little water. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.
