Question for you all...
We are in the process of building a coop for our chicks.... what kind of bottom do you all use for yours?
Our duck has a completely enclosed area with chicken wire (might be another material and I don't know the name). The bottom is enclosed also. My husband was thinking that animals would definitely dig in and kill them so that is why we did that and our thoughts is to do the same for the chickens. We have a lot of bobcats in our area (1 attacked and also killed my cat).
