I would think blue swedish and possibly rouen mix. I'm not too sure of the runner though, he doesn't seem to be standing up right that much.

Here is a Runner duckling about the same age as yours I think, he/she's with her mom and two Welsh Harlequin ducklings. I wonder if he/she is a blue too?

blue runners don't have bibs like that... Well, very very rarely. It could be a cross between a swedish and a runner of some sort. I have a blue runner, but her coloring is nothing like that. She's all blue with sme black spots here and there. I haven't seen a blue bibbed runner before.

Runners are often hatched with bibs that eventually disappear. Also, remember that production runners don't always stand up as straight as the standard. But, I don't believe that this duck is a purebred runner. It sure is cute, though! VERY cute!! Nice color! Hope it keeps the bib.
