bought an incubator tryna get chicks to hatch

So you bought the girls at the feed store? Did they have a rooster? Kind of need that to have fertile eggs.

yup...bought the rooster with her....one of the eggs after bein candled...has a dark mass with a black spot... the other one doesnt show much

If they were set on the same day, the dark mass is a good sign! Keep an eye out on the clear looking one. It might not be fertile so you don't want it to blow up on you.

is there any special way... i should turn the egg... or just let it set?
