I need help determining what type of chicken this is. I bought it along with two other chicks at my local feed store that raises their own chicks as Ameraucana, but this one does not look like one and it is rumpless. So, is this a EE, a arucauna or a Ameraucana? These pics were taken a few weeks ago, they are about 10 weeks old now. The first if the one in question, and the other pic is what the other two look like that i bought with him.

All three are EE -- as mixed breeds there will often be considerable differences in the birds as they go from relatively similar looking fuzzy chicks to fully feathered adults. Also, on the top bird - is it that there is no tail at this time or that it is truly rumples (lacking a tail bone)? Either way, still going with EE - since EE are produced with both Ameraucana (most common) and Araucana (less common just by virtue of their general availability compared to Ameraucana) breeding lines it is not unheard of for an EE to end up with the Araucana characteristics. Also, is the picture of the top bird current? It does not appear to reflect a 10 week old bird.

These pics were taken a few weeks ago is why they dont look 10 weeks old, the top one has never and still does not have any tail feathers, but ill go out and check for a tail bone.

He is a rumpless Easter Egger. he looks to have a beard, not ear tufts, so he is not an US Araucana [the leg color is also not right] UK Araucanas can have beards but they would have a small crest as well.
