I got some red stars that were already debeaked. Normally, I would prefer them with beaks, but I haven't had much luck finding good chicken breeds around here so I bought them. Anything I should be concerned about or anything I can do to help them live a normal life? Thank you.

As long as they can feed and drink properly (which I assume they must be able to) then there's nothing to worry about. I have some commercial layers the same - no problems that i have seen.

Sometimes they need a deeper feed trough and certain size of feed(mash, crumble, pellets),
as they can't pick tiny pieces up due to the lack if beak tip.
You'll have to experiment and see what their capabilities are as to picking up food.
Toss various sized pieces of feed on a hard surface and see what they can and cannot pick up.

Thanks for the feedback. They're eating a ton, so for now it sure isn't stopped them.
