Absolutely nothing on that bird looks female. It is all boy.
I think you said you were getting chicks from TSC. My advise is to try somewhere else to get your chicks if you want a better chance of getting the gender and breed you are wanting. TSC is infamous for having them labeled wrong so even staying away from the straight run bin doesn't help. However, if you want to purchase from TSC then go online to do it and you will get what you order because they will ship to you straight from the Hatchery.
