Bourbon red pale and blood in stool

Awe thanks I appreciate that. I'll try to talk to someone else. I dont know anyone who has chickens but myself. But I will figure something out. I gave them the Cayenne and garlic hopefully it will hold over til I can get some meds.

Hi it's me from the emergencies section. Most people use corid (amprollium) found in the cattle medicines of feed stores for treatment of ccocci. Dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid Corid, or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Afterward give some vitamins and probiotics to get the gut bacteria back to normal. You may also use Sulmet at a different dosage if Corid is not available. Directions should be on the label.

Thanks for the information. I was also going to ask could I give my birds some pedialyte for extra elcrolites what not. I've been reading a lot about this and it seems to because of all the rain we've been having and their little pen area is always wet. I let them roam the yard and they go to their own to eat drink and relax. I have to fix up their pen so that it doesn't get wet inside. I will see if the feed stores are open tomorrow and get some. Thank you for the info

I would crush a clove of garlic and/or give 1 tablespoon or more cayenne pepper (if powdered). In my experience cayenne pepper works better than garlic for coccidiosis. Corid would probably be the best though. Good luck!

Thank you I mixed a small thing of cayenne and minced garlic in their food and they loved it. She seems to be a bit better she's actually going around with the other birds instead of seclusion get herself. She's still pale but I saw no more blood in her poop. I'm still going to get the medicine and feed them they cayenne and minced garlic cause I think it's because I don't have a roof over my "coop" (if that's what you want to call it). This weekend I'm going to rebuild everything.
