bourbon red question

It turns out that these birds are Lilac not bourbon red. He wants 80.00 for 4 hens and 1 tom, 7 months old. What should I do?

Lilac is not a SOP color, but you can still show them. If all you want is just some turkeys, it sounds like a fair price for birds that will breeding in a few months. Go for it! That is just $16 each. Folks pay that for just a cull laying chicken of mixed breed.

Good golly, 80 bucks for a nice little breeding set up like that is a steal!!! I'm selling two birds for almost that much this weekend. And lilac is a standard color but people LIKE them because they're purty.

I meant to say that lilac is NOT a standard color recognized but people do like them and raise them because they're purty and different.
