    One on the left looks to be a male. The other I'm not sure. It looks much smaller which would indicate its a female if its the same age.

    That's what I thought at first too, but the guy said he wasn't for sure on hatch dates because he had gotten birds from different places. He also said they were both hens The smaller one also looks like the colors on it's head change from red to blue, but also it's feathers aren't as bright as the bigger one's, so I'm still holding out a teeny bit of hope.

    It's been fifteen years since I've raised them, but those both look like hens to me.
