Bourke missing secondary feathers?

He cant fly properly... keeps hitting things
Bourkes do shed feathers a lot but not in a chunk like this... don't see any stress bars or signs of plucking... its just here

Hmmmm, did he get scared by something? When birds get scared, they shed feathers. Maybe he is going thru a rough wing feather molt?!

Can we see a full pic - as he appears to be a lutino and I have not seen one of these.
This is a most unusual feather loss - has he been moulting?
Could something have grabbed him?

I've been raising Bourkes for 20 years, focusing on mutations. this year I have had 2 Male bourkes drop all the flight feathers at once on both wings, one was a normal split to yellow the other an opaline. it was 3 weeks before regrowth and another rubino drop all it's tail feathers. I'm not sure what caused it but they have all regrown back. is this an indoor or outside bird? mine are indoors
