box of hatching eggs smashed on one side!

Ohhh i am so irritated with the PO! stupid people don't pay any mind to writing on the box that says HATCHING EGGS.

I finally got my shipment of eggs that was sent out on Tuesday and just got here today (saturday). the corner was smashed!!! none of the eggs were broken or cracked (from what i could see).....but i also was not impressed with the packing.....just wrapped them in newspaper and they were just put in the box with only other newspaper on the top and bottom of the box. the person who packed them put about 3 or 4 eggs right up against the wall of the box! crazy!

these eggs need LOTS of prayer in order to hatch.

Gee, if the box was crushed and the eggs weren't? Sounds like they were fairly safely packed to me.

that's true....i thought about that.....the boxed wasn't crushed...but one corner was smashed down. but i didn't like the eggs hugging the wall of the box cuz even if the shell is intact, there's no telling just how jostled those yolks are....i guess time will tell. stay tuned guys....i'll let you know about the hatch rate. today is day 1....so we have awhile to wait.
