No matter how many times we tell people that we are day sleepers, somebody always manages to call us before noon and wake us up.
This morning it was my DH's CPAP nurse.

I couldn't get back to sleep, so I headed to the kitchen for my nectar of the gods (coffee) fix. Noticed the sugar dispenser was almost empty, so I got out the bag of sugar and filled my large coffee mug to the very top with sugar.
I noticed it about the time I started to add the coffee.

My DH works nights, 2 PM to midnight or 5 PM to 3 AM, depending on what day it is. When he gets home we eat supper, watch some TV or talk and usually get to bed between 3 or 4 AM.
I'm not really fully awake until well after noon.

Ya whats a day sleeper..

Matter of fact whats a night sleeper..

With 2 small kids and dogs.. Im always getting woke up for some reason..

And "Sleeping In" that must be some rare thing that doesnt exist any more.. LOL

Unplug your phone and sleep.................... as someone who has great trouble sleeping, there are times when I am desperate for sleep during the day, I unplug the phone and turn off the mobile...
do it and catch up....................

Sleeping in? What? Whats that?!
haha
I wasnt even allowed to sleep in on my summer days when I was in school. My dad thought it would be the GREATEST idea to burn Reveille onto a cd and BLAST it in the mornings on the surround sound, then go outside to have his coffee till one of us turned it off.
