boy or girl blue orpington???

I've been thinking this beauty is a boy for several weeks now but my sister tells me she thinks i'm wrong. What do you all say? These pics were taken today and it's 10 weeks old.

Oh, I think it's a boy. I have a buff about that age and her comb and wattles are nearly nonexistent.

No feathered feet. One of its hatch mates (solid black) is big a fluffy too but she has just a tiny peach colored comb.

That is definitely a cockerel. You can see saddle feathers coming in, even though they are "fluffy" they are still saddle feathers. Not to mention the extremely big and red comb and wattles.
