Boy or Girl? Need some experts out there

Will be four months in a few days. Those waddles and comb started getting big over a month ago. No crowing. I'm hoping its a girl because I will have to rehome if its a boy.

a mutt. Mom is a Red Star, or Golden Comet, Papa is a siklie. I have to say I can pick this one up and rub its head and under the neck at it totally relaxes. Tonight he/she was out in the yard with the others and something changed from that sweet demeanor to something different. I always thought the other hens were picking on he/she and it was kinda trying to find its pecking order but I wondering if its the opposite way around. And when I went to pet/rub her/he, it peced hard at me, never happend before.
