Boy or girl silkie?

I got her (him?) at 2 months and they told me she was a pullet. But a couple days ago I heard her crow. Is that a sure sign that I’ve got a rooster? I’ve attached pictures of her.

He’s a boy. He has streamers, male looking colors and a large red comb and you said he’s crowing too.
