Boy or girl? The little black and white one?

This little guy is hatched from my Belgian D'Antwerp and my rooster who is some type of Seabright Appenzeller. The top pic is the father. The second is the Mom hen. The bottom is the baby at five weeks. I have more pics, but I am having trouble loading them.

How old is the bird? To me it looks like a pullet - a very pretty pullet.

Looks like a pullet, I'm pretty sure that is a pullet specific pattern.

The fist bird has a female specific pattern. The chick does not though.

The chick has thick legs and it's kinda big. I'm thinking cockerel at 4 to 5 weeks.
