Boy or Girl

Hi there !
I bought 6 silkies and this one odd one at my feed store. They didn't even know what breed it was. They said it was a bantam. I figured out it is a buff brahma. I thought it was a girl but its awful fiesty and pecks me hard when I'm doing stuff in the brooder. It will be 6 weeks old Wednesday. I was looking at it today and its getting a comb and wattles. And is as big as my

buff and astrolorps that are the same age . So does anyone have any guesses as to the sex ? Do yall think it might be a full size and not a bantam? Sorry about the messy table they are in my green room where I do all my transplanting for my garden.

Its a little boy Its also is a brahma. Mabye a bantam brahma is its small.

You are correct, it is a Brahma. They will be bigger than most other breeds, so if it’s not bigger than it is likely bantam, but I can’t tell from the pictures.

And I think it’s a cockerel based on comb size and redness.
