I'm pretty sure it's a Ayam Cemani.

They both look like pullets! I can say however that your Light Brahma is a mixed breed. Brahmas have pea combs and yellow skin Your fibro bird is also not an Ayam Cemani, those have single combs!

For me I would have guessed pullet but I don’t know. Very pretty chickens though!!
