Boy or girl?

We hatched these from brown eggs on 3-18-13. The black one is bold, comes running when we are out. The white one is very docile and suspicious of people. The black one's wattle began turning very red about a week ago.

We can't keep roosters where we are. What to do if only one is a rooster? They are so bonded to each other. Could I replace the rooster with a hen and would the new pair get along? Should I bring in a hen of the same age?

They both look like pullets to me.

we actually hatched 9 of 12, kept the smallest 2. I HOPE & PRAY they are both hens... I didn't realize how attached we'd become when I originally agreed with my hubby to eat the Roos!

The last time I hatched (with a broody) 5 hatched and 4 were roos
