Aw. Is that genetic?Beautiful! I love it when they finish out with that lovely blue/lavender blend into light red. I have only one like this and I can't breed her because she has curled toes.

I've read that it most likely is, although sometimes it can be due to slippery surfaces when they are very young. I brood mine properly, so I'm going to err on the side of caution and assume it's genetic. But she lays beautiful eggs and is a very funny girl, so it's OK.Aw. Is that genetic?
