Boys found a baby quail- will another quail family pick it up?

my boys found a baby quail. I see many families around my property. If we release it near another adult quail, will it care for it?

Quail, like chicks get very little help from mom, except her warmth, her ideas of good things to eat as well as she will cluck or make a noise and they run to her to start scratching and pecking. I would release it and net nature take it's course. If it was left behind, it may have a leg issue or other problem, and it simply may not make it.
